Territory

The territory of “Giudicarie Esteriori” is a circular valley between Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda in south-western Trentino, in North-eastern Italy. It covers a huge area where traditional local food production is strongly connected within the development of tourism. However, this process has not always been in line with environmental preservation.

Rural Heritage

The implementation of agroecological innovations aims at the revitalization of the territorial marketing based on high-quality and high-value local products. The conversion of the actual production system into a more sustainable one, restoring the link between the identity of the product and its territory, will support a sustainable regeneration of the territory
